In this HR Generalist role you will support all HR functions of a growing distribution center: administer benefits and open enrollment, coordinate metrics with corporate HR, process leave of absence and FMLA documents, process workers’ compensation claims, assist managers with performance reviews, assist with recruiting, on-boarding, and terminations, and maintain employee and company documentation.
Candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field plus 3+ years of progressive work experience in Human Resources. Strong communication, computer, and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in a distribution environment and/or an HR industry certification is strongly preferred. Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.
This direct hire opportunity offers full time, day shift hours. The salary is $45,000-55,000 based on experience. A competitive benefits package including PTO and 401k with match is also offered. Qualified candidates can apply by emailing a resume to jobs@alliedps.com
