Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Risk Analyst opening! Our client is an insurance captive and in this role you will serve business owners who've come together to ensure stable insurance. This full time, direct hire position offers a competitive salary of $100,000-125,000 with the chance for significant growth. 

In this role you will:

• Analyze claims data and identify trends to improve risk management strategies
• Build quality relationships with members, vendors, and team members
• Create valuable content for claims education
• Facilitate member meetings
• Negotiate with TPAs and brokers to efficiently bring claims to resolution

Successful candidates will have 5+ years experience in claims analysis. Knowledge of risk management and captive insurance is a significant advantage. DOT/transportation experience is also required.
