Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Production Supervisor opening! This direct hire opportunity offers full time 2nd shift hours. Pay is $80,000-90,000/annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet production schedules by establishing priorities, allocating staffing, and revising schedules as needed
  • Identify and implement quality and continuous initiatives
  • Supervise the activities of production personnel engaged in all aspects of the manufacturing function
    • communicate job expectations
    • plan and monitor work
    • appraise job results and manage an assigned workforce
    • identify and implement quality and continuous initiatives.

Candidates for this role must have at least 5 years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment and at least 3 years' experience in a supervisory role. An electromechanical/product assembly background is a plus. A Bachelors degree is strongly preferred.
