Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Accounting Analyst opening! This direct hire opportunity offers full time hours. Pay is $28.00-32.00/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records to track assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities
• Code invoices, set up new accounts, and close monthly books
• Manage the purchasing and invoicing system
• Reconcile accounts
• Assist auditors with annual audit
• File tax forms

Candidates for this role must have a high degree of proficiency in MS Excel, experience working in SAP, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
