Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a part time Administrative opening supporting the pastor and leadership team of an Allentown church! This temp to hire position offers part time hours, Mon-Thurs, 9am-3pm. The ideal candidate will be flexible to work additional hours as needed.  Pay is $17.00-19.00/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to emails/mail
  • Order supplies and coordinate office equipment maintenance
  • Perform calendar planning and handle building requests
  • Manage website, electronic sign, and social media accounts
  • Create bulletins and other correspondence
  • Maintain church member information, records, and contributions

Candidates must demonstrate the church's core values of care and inclusivity. Proficiency in MS Office is a must. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
