In this Part Time Administrative role, you will work as a concierge greeting visitors and answering questions, answering phones, accepting deliveries, providing directions, and ensuring mail is received. In this role you will also manage lost and found items, update tenant lists and other reports as needed, create letters and welcome books, record incidents, process purchase orders, manage building access cards, and contact vendors for services if needed.

Candidates for this opening must have solid communication skills, be skilled in MS Office, have a HS diploma, and have 2 years of office experience.
