In this Administrative role you will support the Purchasing team. Duties include: purchase office and maintenance supplies, email POs to suppliers, enter order confirmations, notify buyers of back orders/price discrepancies, follow up on pending orders, track shipments, review reports to identify order cancellations/delivery date movement, follow up with suppliers on shipment status, maintain database, and coordinate requests for samples.
Candidates must have 1-3 years' experience supporting the purchasing department of a manufacturing company. Experience working in an SAP helpful. MS Office including Excel a must.
