In this Administrative role you will provide direct support to a company director and his team of retirement service professionals.  You will schedule meetings with clients and prospects, prepare meeting materials, coordinate travel, type meeting notes, address mail, and serve as the back up to the front desk receptionist from 4-5p daily.  Others duties may include scanning and indexing documents and assisting with mass mailings.

Candidates for this role must be flexible for shifting priorities, be focused on providing a high level of service to both the team and to external clients, and be professional in all forms of communication.  A minimum of 2 years administrative experience is needed.  A degree (2 or 4 year is preferred).
