In this administrative role you will provide direct support to a VP and her team: manage calendars, arrange travel, prepare documents and presentations, manage email, respond to department inquiries, and provide back-up coverage to the front desk.  A high degree of confidentiality and professional decorum is needed for this role.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years administrative experience, specifically experience supporting a corporate team and/or executives.  Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is needed.  

This temp to hire opening offers the chance to work for an international organization well established in the Lehigh Valley.  Hours are full time, 8a-5p, Mon-Fri.  Pay is $20.00-21.00/hr.   Qualified candidates can apply by emailing a resume to
