Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Administrative Support Coordinator opening!  This temp to hire opening offers full time hours, 8a-430p, Mon-Fri. Pay is $20.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • meet and greet visitors in a lobby setting
  • maintain and setup conference rooms
  • receive and distribute office mail
  • prepare and maintain files
  • keep the lobby organized and neat
  • assist other admins as needed w/ clerical tasks

Candidates for this role must have a high school diploma and office experience. MS Office skills are also needed.  Experience working an ERP helpful.
