Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Analytical Scientist opening! This direct hire opportunity offers full time, 1st shift hours and a competitive salary/benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• develop, validate, and transfer analytical methodologies
• analytical methods include cleaning verification, assay and related substances, dissolution, residual solvents
• review/analyze data and information for accuracy; interpret and evaluate results
• perform initial and stability testing for R&D batches
• perform lab instrument qualification, preventative maintenance, calibration, and minor repair; complete proper documentation

Candidates for this role must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences. A Master's degree is preferred. Candidates must also have at least three years' experience in pharmaceutical development or quality control and familiarity w/ HPLC/GC, spectroscopic, and solid state characterization techniques.
