Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Commercial Property Accountant/Administrator opening! This temp-to-hire opportunity is Monday through Friday, 8am—4:30pm, and the pay is $23/hr—$25/hr, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare annual property budgets and enter into system
  • Handle reconciliations and billings
  • Follow up on outstanding rent payments
  • Enter/pay invoices
  • Review and close out daily work orders
  • Prepare purchase orders and service agreements
  • Support tenant communication

Candidates for this role must have at least 2-3 years of accounting/AP/AR experience. Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred. An eye for detail and the ability to multitask is essential.
