Customer Care Representatives answer inbound technical calls from current customers, document call details, and transfer calls to technical representatives for further assistance. Other duties include inputting and processing invoices and providing general administrative assistance to the technical services group.
Customer Care Reps must be able to handle a high call volume and a fast paced environment. MS Word/Excel and ERP systems experience required. Previous customer service experience with a manufacturing company is required.
