Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Customer Experience Specialist position at a manufacturing company. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers full time hours, either 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm. The pay is $24.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with customers
  • Create, update, and manage item numbers and bills of material
  • Manage customer orders within ERP system
  • Communicate order updates, production dates, and potential delays
  • Facilitate product requirements and specs between customers and internal teams

Candidates must have 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Exceptional communication and organization skills are a must. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
