Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Customer Service opening! This temp to hire opening offers full time, 1st shift hours. Pay is $20.00/hr.

In this role you will:

  • Enter orders and quotes
  • Record order information into proper spreadsheets
  • Update customers re: shipping dates and delays, confirmations, or other information needed by the customers
  • Route orders to appropriate departments
  • Assemble and distribute manuals
  • Provide customers w/ warranty information and manuals
  • Maintain files for sales department
  • Answer incoming calls as needed

 

Candidates for this role must have customer service experience and computer skills.
