In this Customer Service role you will provide account management support: manage issues, maintain master client data, generate and update reports, calculate pricing, coordinate change order requests, research and process credits and debits, enter and manage POs, and expedite orders by working with other departments.

Candidates must have account management/customer support experience within a manufacturing based company.  Proficiency with MS Excel is a must. Knowledge of SAP is helpful.
