Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for Customer Service openings with a large Lehigh Valley company!  These direct hire opportunities offer full time hours; availability between 8a-8p is needed. Pay is $40,000-42,000/annually. A fantastic benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with current and future customers
  • Provide one-stop solutions regarding product education, selection, and compatibility
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Utilize your “outside of the box” thinking skills to propose solutions to issues

Candidates for this role must have a Bachelors degree and customer service experience. This is NOT a traditional call center. Those with experience providing business to business customer service are strongly preferred.
