Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a PT Executive Admin! This long term opportunity could lead to perm hire.

Training begins on an 8:45am-12:15pm Mon-Fri schedule in June. Hours will then increase to a consistent 28 hrs/week in July. Hours are flexible between 8a-5p, but the ability to stay until 7p for board meetings the third Monday and first Friday of each month is needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the President and Board of Trustees
  • Oversee coordination of committee meetings and special events
  • Prepare agenda packets
  • Take accurate minutes at board meetings
  • Monitor and maintain the Board of Trustees webpage and portal
  • Perform calendar planning for the President

Candidates should have past experience supporting an executive team. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required. The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality is needed.
