Our client, a growing Lehigh Valley distribution center, is seeking candidates for an HR Manager opening. In this role you will be responsible for managing a small team as well as the full scope of HR functions within the organization: workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and talent development. Direct and regular work with a US based corporate headquarters is part of this role.
Candidates for this HR Manager role must have at least 5 years' of progressive HR management experience, a Bachelors degree in HR/Business, and experience working within an HRIS. SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is helpful. Successful candidates will have a proven ability to coach and advise managers, be flexible for competing priorities, possess an advanced knowledge of employment law, and have project management skills
