Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Industrial Engineer opening! This direct hire opportunity offers full time hours, $65,000/annually, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2023 grad!

Responsibilities:

• Establish and improve work systems by studying manufacturing process layout, work flow, and work flow methods:
  • work cell design
  • assembly method development
  • labor standards maintenance
  • process documentation
• Develop and oversee safety, quality, inventory, and production record systems.
• Assist in capacity planning, resource utilization, and efficiency metrics
• Participate in continuous product and process improvement activities

Candidates for this role must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.  Experience w/ 3D CAD tools is needed; Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD are preferred). 2023 grads will be considered for this role.
