Responsibilities

• Communicate with new and existing customers via phone, email and chat
• Help with product education, product selection, sales support, lead referrals, and order coordination
• Onboard new accounts and grow existing accounts by growing leads and converting to sales
• Utilize internal computer systems to manage cases and customer inquiries

Candidates for this position must have 1-3 years of customer service or inside sales experience and at least an Associate's degree in a related field.
