In this Office Assistant role you will support a busy insurance office by providing customer service, answering phones and fielding questions, and performing administrative work.  Duties may include: preparing late payment/cancellation notices, processing billing and payments, following up on claims, uploading documents and files, maintaining client account data, following up with new members, and directly supporting the owner.

Candidates must have office experience and MS Office skills.  Experience in an insurance office setting is helpful.  Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.  Candidates must be willing to travel to other company locations throughout the Lehigh Valley.
