Responsibilities in this role include:

In this role you will:

• maintain and update aggregated performance reports
  • work w/ multiple brokerage, recordkeeping, and trust investment platforms
  • assimilate key data from investment statements and import data into performance reporting system
  • perform quarterly return calculations of raw data received from custodians
  • prepare quarterly reporting
  • serve as a technical resource for the advisors
  • work w/ producers to prepare portfolio design and monitoring for clients
  • use modeling software to determine appropriate asset allocations using forward looking capital market assumptions

Candidates for this role must have a Bachelors degree in a Business field. MS Office proficiency is critical. A Series 7, 63, 65 is needed or must be completed within five months of hire. Successful candidates will have the ability to work in a fast paced setting, will have the ability to work independently, and be able to exercise discretion when exposed to confidential information.
