Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for Maintenance Technician/Mechanic openings! These direct hire, career opportunities are available on 1st and 2nd shift. Pay is $30.00-36.00/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance repairs and services
• Troubleshoot breakdowns of machinery and production line
• Setup and disassemble machines as needed
• Perform daily plant maintenance, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and all other related functions on various industrial equipment and PLC
• Perform installation of motors, belts, drives, and other mechanical systems
• Set-up and adjust machines to ensure proper operation
• Read, understand, and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Maintain records pertinent to equipment performance, necessary repairs.

Candidates for this role must have at least 2 years experience working in an industrial environment in a related capacity. Candidates must also have experience w/ PLCs, ladder logic, and troubleshooting control systems as well as knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and pumping systems. A broad understanding of industrial electrical, 24V – 480V, 3 phase, mechanical, and building systems is preferred.
