Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Materials Management Associate opening! This long-term opportunity could lead to perm hire and offers full-time hours (8a-5p) and $25.00/hr.

In this hands on Materials Management role you will: 

• Operate compliant cold chain shipping logistics including packaging, tracking, and tracing
• Update vendor data and ensure PO accuracy
• Initiate materials tracking to expedite supplier recalls
• Prepare receiving documents
• Move supplies to and from storage
• Prepare monthly inventory counts
• Manage inventory of commodities and expiration dates

Candidates must have at least 1 year's experience working in a GMP controlled facility.  A degree is preferred (ex supply chain, logistics).  MS Word/Excel knowledge is needed.
