In this Office Administrator role  you will answer calls, prepare letters, and coordinate meetings (in office and conference calls), maintain files, track invoices, manage expense reports, and make travel arrangements.  

Candidates for this opening must be able to work well independently, have office experience, be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel, and have good communication skills.
