Allied Personnel Services is seeking an Office Technical Supervisor! This temp to hire opportunity offers full time hours a competitive pay range - $30.00-40.00/hr based on experience. This is a unique role meant for the person who likes to have their hand in lots of areas of a company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Warehouse in a Box system:
  • create and maintain manual of transactions
  • audit user performance
  • train managers, supervisors, and hourly staff
• Act as the primary internal contact for hardware and software issues
  • work w/ 3rd party vendors to resolve issues as needed
• Act as the primary contact for the telephone systems, paging systems, and surveillance systems
• Act as the project leader for new product trials
• Manage the upgrade of data collection and analysis methods w/ the goal of being paperless
• Provide back up to the master scheduler during vacations, etc. 

Candidates must have strong technical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience working w/ Warehouse in a Box is helpful, other WMS/ERP systems experience will be considered.
