Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Part Time Clerical Assistant opening to support the HR department of a local school. This temporary position is expected to last June-September 2025 - perfect for LV college students in their 3rd/4th year of HR studies. An ideal schedule is 1pm-5pm, Mon-Fri but 9am-1pm may also be considered. Pay $16.00-17.00/hr. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Update staff files and upload into system
  • Perform data entry of completed I-9s

Candidates must have office experience and an eye for detail.
