Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Payroll Specialist opening! This direct hire, career opportunity offers full time hours and $60,000-65,000/annually. An excellent benefits package is also offered.

In this role you will:

• review, validate, and troubleshoot time/attendance data
• work w/ HR, benefits, and 3rd parties to resolve discrepancies and ensure an accurate payroll is processed
• process payroll exception items including LOA, 3rd party sick pay payments, garnishments, etc.
• serve as a payroll resource to employees responding to inquiries in a timely fashion
• work w/ HR team to ensure payroll processes are compliant

Candidates for this role must have at least an Associates degree and at least 3 years' payroll processing experience. Experience w/ SAP/ADP or similar is strongly preferred. A pristine attention to detail is a must. MS Excel skills are also needed.
