Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Customer Service that supports the personalization department of a large LV manufacturer! This long term temporary position pays $22.00/hr. 

Support customers with fulfilling engraving requests:

• Respond to inquiries and process engraving orders
• Attend meetings with production to review engraving issues
• Research to resolve engraving issues or discrepancies found in scheduled orders
• Make outbound calls to clarify custom requests
• Provide customer support or alternatives for custom requests

Candidates must be very customer-centric with the ability to multitask several computer programs simultaneously.
