Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Manufacturing Accounting Analyst opening! This direct hire career opportunity offers full time hours, a competitive benefits package, and $85,000-95,000/annually.

Responsibilities:

• work w/ plant directors, line supervisors, and the operations team to monitor production performance
• work w/ plant leadership and the financial team regarding weekly/monthly financial results, cost variances, and performance trends
• track OEE for each production line and run period over period comparisons by line and product category
• prepare weekly/monthly financial reporting on key production accounts and ancillary accounts
• prepare monthly close for all plant cost centers
• verify cost allocations and correct mis-postings
• prepare and present monthly plant performance reviews

Candidates for this role must have 3+ years in manufacturing cost controlling, industrial FP & A, or plant finance in a production environment. Demonstrated experience building financial reports and dashboards from scratch is needed. Knowledge of an ERP, MS Excel and Power BI tools is a must. A degree in Finance/Accounting/Business. A Masters degree is a plus.
