Allied is seeking candidates for Product Incident Rep openings! These long term opportunity offers full time hours; some on call work may be required. Pay is $24.00/hr.

Responsibilities: 

• Gather quality complaint information from customers
• Enter complaint reports into SAP
• Assist in tracking response forms
• Review reports to ensure complaints are processed correctly
• Work with customers and health authorities on follow up
• Generate follow up letters and correspondence

Requirements:

• A customer centric attitude
• Strong PC skills, accurate DE skills
• A Life Sciences degree
• Medical terminology/medical device knowledge helpful
