Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Line Leader opening! This opening is available on all 1st shift. Pay is $20.77/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • assist with line changeovers
  • cover for breaks
  • train and motivate employees
  • work with the production manager to ensure goals are met

Previous line leader experience in a production/manufacturing environment is required.  Candidates must be strong communicators and a positive motivating force within a team. A high school diploma/GED are required.
