Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Project Controls Technician opening! This temporary opening is expected to last about 6 months. Hours are full time, 8a-5p. This is an onsite role.

Responsibilities:

• develop and update schedules using MS Project 
• participate in kick off meetings to ensure an understanding of budget, schedule, progress measurement, and change management
• provide budget and forecast updates after customer approved changes
• assist with material and labor tracking and forecasting
• report on project status to senior staff
• support finance w/ project cost reporting and maintenance
• manage and track KPIs
• track and coordinate project invoicing

Candidates for this role must have a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or in project management. Experience in project planning and management is needed. MS Office skills including MS Project are needed.
