Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Project Coordinator opening! This temporary position is expected to last through August 2024. Hours will change based on work volume – work 3-5 hours/week to start, winding down to 1-3 days/week in August. Pay $23.00-25.00/hr based on experience.

In this role you will organize and plan continuing education programs for professionals at a local university:

• Develop and maintain project organizational system
• Confirm room and technology reservations
• Ensure curriculum requirements are met
• Organize timelines/meals/transportation
• Coordinate with other staff members throughout planning phases
• Maintain alumni database and orchestrate outreach plan

Experience in project management and project management software is required, preferably MS Project or Monday.com. Candidates must also have database experience, preferably Salesforce.
