As the Project Cost Control Administrator you will support projects from inception to close out by compiling and entering AFEs, entering change orders and work orders, entering and updating POs, ensuring POs are approved in a timely manner, reviewing and troubleshooting invoices, and tracking costs.
Candidates for this opening must have at least one year's worth of experience in project coordination and/or cost controls. Experience in an engineering/construction setting is strongly preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must. Knowledge of JDE or other systems is needed.
