Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Property/Facilities Manager opening! This direct hire position offers full time hours, 8a-430p. Pay is $70,000-75,000 annually based on experience. 

In this role you will handle property management and facilities management for a book of commercial business:

  • Serve as main point of contact between commercial tenants and owner
  • Oversee day to day operations including building maintenance and financial management
  • Collect rent and manage budgets
  • Handle billing and collect invoices
  • Manage work orders
  • Schedule maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Make payments to vendors

Candidates must have experience in both commercial real estate and facilities. An ability to multi-task and a “can do” attitude is essential.
