Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Property Manager opening! This direct hire position offers full time hours, 8a-430p. Pay is $65,000-$70,000 annually based on experience.

In this role you will oversee building operations and financial management for a book of commercial business:

• Serve as main point of contact between commercial tenants and property owner, reviewing leases and handling concerns
• Contract and schedule vendors for reoccurring services, inspections, and maintenance
• Monitor services being performed and inspect properties regularly
• Manage work orders and records associated with each property
• Prepare and implement budgets
• Review invoices and address discrepancies

Candidates must have experience in both commercial real estate and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. An ability to multi-task and a “can do” attitude is essential. Must have flexibility to respond to after-hour calls as needed.
