Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Quality Control Technician opening! This temp to hire opportunity offers full time 1st shift hours - 545a-2p, Mon-Fri plus mandatory Saturday OT. Pay is $18.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Receive & test bulk raw materials such as corn, oil, flour, etc.
• Inspect and test “in process” and finished product for quality attributes, flavor, texture, appearance
• Communicate test results to manufacturing personnel
• Monitor lab equipment functionality to include verification and calibration
• Assist manufacturing in process control
• Maintain records, data, and data reports
• Monitor inventory of lab supplies

Candidates for this position must have quality control experience. Experience in food manufacturing helpful.
