Job Description

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Receptionist opening! This temp to hire opening offers full time hours, 8a-430p. Pay is $18.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact by providing service to visitors, clients, and staff by answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
  • Answer and screen incoming calls, retrieve voicemail messages, and determine the purpose of each call so you can direct callers to the right point of contact

Candidates for this role must have office experience and a welcoming personality. Bi-lingual Spanish/English is preferred.
