Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Recruiter opening! This temp to hire opportunity offers full time hours, 9a-5p, Mon-Fri. Pay is $22.00-25.00/hr based on experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle recruiting for a non-profit company in the medical industry
• Recruit and screen candidates for positions at all levels
• Schedule interviews and select new employees in collaboration with department staff
• Enter information into computer system to prepare correspondence through each step in recruiting process

Candidates for this opening must have recruiting experience and experience working in an ATS. Successful candidates should have a heart for non-profit work. A background in  medical recruiting is helpful.
