Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Recruiter opening! This long term temporary opportunity is approved for 6 months w/ the chance for extension or even perm hire. Hours are full time, Mon-Fri, 8a-5p. This is an on-site role. Pay is $27.00-32.00/hr based on experience.

In this role you will:

• recruit for manufacturing/warehouse roles for two US locations
• source and screen candidates assessing job qualifications and fit
• send and review employment applications
• refer candidates to hiring managers and/or scheduling coordinators
• support candidate engagement from initial sourcing through offer acceptance

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in light industrial or manufacturing.
