Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Recruiting Assistant opening!

This role is an excellent opportunity to enter the staffing industry. This position is diverse and will include:

• answering phones
• screening applicants
• administering pre-employment checks
• completing references
• preparing employees for interviews
• on-boarding employees for new jobs
• generating reports and forms
• answering employee calls and texts
• following up on candidate inquiries
• attending job fairs
• assisting the team with filling open jobs

Successful candidates for this position should have post high school education, some business experience, and a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. An outgoing personality with a desire to assist others is also needed. Excellent communications skills are also a must - written and verbal.
