Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Recruiting Coordinator opening! This temporary opening is expected to last 6 mo+. Hours are full time, Mon-Fri, 8a-5p. Flexibility for 30 hrs/week is available. Pay is $20.00-22.00/hr.

In this role you will:

• support the college recruiting efforts of a large international company
• serve as the point of contact for events
• test, pack, and ensure delivery of career fair demos, giveaways, and marketing collateral
• track materials for career events to ensure on time pick up and return
• monitor inventory of materials and proper functioning of demos

Candidates for this role must have proficiency w/ MS Word and Excel. Some admin or coordinator experience is needed.
