Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a new Shipping opening! This long term opportunity could lead to perm hire. Hours are 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8a-530p.

Responsibilities:

• Process shipments (UPS, FedEx, LTL), prepare bills of lading, and generate packing lists
• Operate sit-down forklift and electric pallet jack to load/unload trucks
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, damages, and compliance documents
• Examine contents, verify accuracy against orders, and ensure proper labeling
• Coordinate with internal departments and freight carriers
• Previous shipping/receiving, warehouse experience, and forklift certification.

Candidates for this role must have experience in shipping/receiving. Experience w/ a sit-down forklift is needed as well as experience w/ bills of lading, FedEx, and UPS shipping. The  ability to lift up to 50 lbs is also needed.
